Hope for Christmas
Hope for Christmas is an event where multiple churches, organizations, and businesses come together to bring hope to our communities. We partner with local schools to create a Christmas shopping mall experience where families in need can come to receive Christmas gifts and be encouraged with hope this holiday season.
How it all
We will setup our shopping mall on Friday, December 16th from 4pm to 8pm. On Saturday, we will begin at 8am with families arriving at 9am. When the families arrive, we want this experience to be stress-free and special and not a long, drawn out process of waiting in line.
Families will enter the school and be greeted by Santa and Mrs. Claus and register their family. Once registered, the children will go to classrooms to hear life-giving messages and create a special craft.
The parents will proceed to the shopping mall to hand-select gifts for their kids based on age and gender. Each family will get their own personal shopping buddy who will assist in selecting the gift and then move with them to the wrapping area.
While the presents are being wrapped by our volunteers, the parents then move to a ministry area where they will sit and listen to a timely message and have the opportunity for prayer.
How you can help
If you would simply like to give to Hope for Christmas, you can click the link below. Select your Hope City Campus, and choose Hope For Christmas as the fund where you would like to give. For all of our partners, you may select our Online Campus. All donations will go directly to purchasing toys.
